About US
Amanda Savage
I am an experienced pelvic health physiotherapist, as well as Pilates teacher & author.
I’ve been working in the field of women’s health physiotherapy for over 20 years focusing on empowering women to understand & care for their pelvic floor.
I qualified in 1993 from Addenbrookes Hospital School of Physiotherapy, Cambridge before gaining a Masters Degree, from The University of Cambridge, in Community & Public Health.
I worked for many years for the NHS, both at St. George’s Hospital in London & until recently at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge. In the middle I spent 4 quite different years working at Groote Schuur Hospital in Cape Town.
My postgraduate study gives me Full Membership of the Professional Network of Pelvic, Obstetric & Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) and I have published several papers & contributed to books, podcasts & films.

Tara Perrin
I am an experienced pelvic health physiotherapist, as well as a Mummy MOT® Practioner & Holistic Core Restore® Coach.
I am extremely passionate about helping women resolve their health problems during pregnancy, postnatally, the menopausal years and after gynae surgery. I have worked for the NHS for over 12 years and have been saddened by the large numbers of women affected by these problems and how long they have suffered them. I find this is because they are unaware they can get help and treatment or are too embarrassed to talk about them.
My degrees are both in physiotherapy and psychology and postgraduate master modules in the theory of women’s health and acupuncture.
I am also a mum, and have 2 very lovely active children, Jack and Millie. Following my sons birth in 2014, I suffered with back pain so really know how hard it can be managing a new born and trying to cope with daily pain and other health issues mums can suffer from. This experience gave me an even more empathetic and deeper understanding of what some of my patients go through, and made me realise just how important it is to seek professional help quickly to resolve postnatal health issues.
