ProPelvic Physiotherapy is a calm peaceful clinic dedicated to empowering men & women to understand & care for their pelvic floor as part of an holistic approach. We will help you get complete clarity on your issues and a comprehensive treatment plan using the most up to date treatment techniques & equipment.
We specialise exclusively in pelvic health. Our team are all experienced fully qualified Chartered Physiotherapists (CSP) & Pilates instructors (APPI) with formal post-graduate education in fields of pelvic health. We use our own in-house learning scheme to continuously share & build our team knowledge & skills. We have close relationships with local consultants, GPs, midwives and other health professionals to support your care.
We not only aim to alleviate your symptoms but also “find the why” for true, lasting relief. Your treatment will be holistic considering all the factors that have led you to this problem. Once you are on track with bespoke treatment we will also ensuring that you develop a plan for long term maintenance & fitness. We liaise not only with each other to get you the best bespoke support you need but also with many local personal trainers, pilates instructors and sports coaches.

Amanda Savage
Clinic founder & lead. Amanda is an experienced & highly specialist POGP pelvic health physiotherapist, quietly working in the field of women’s & men’s health physiotherapy for over 20 years. Amanda leads the Propelvic clinical team, providing regular in-house training sessions & mentoring. Her clinical caseload predominantly cares for women with prolapse and men with pelvic pain. Lauren Jordan
Lauren worked for many years as a clinical leader in the NHS, specialising in surgical care & rehab both at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge & more recently Nottingham University Hospital. Moving to work fully with the Propelvic Team, Lauren has POGP postgraduate qualifications in the management of pelvic floor dysfunction, as well as a Pilates matwork & reformer teaching (APPI). She has personal experience as a triathlete. She is our team lead for antenatal and postnatal mums caring for both their initial recovery as well as coaching mums who want to return to sport and exercise postpartum. Read more.
Christiana Heinz
Christiana is an experienced MSK physiotherapist (muscles, joints, bones) and Pilates matwork & reformer instructor (APPI). As well as traditional MSK appointments (with a special interest in lower back pain, hip, pelvic and shoulder pain conditions) Christiana offers specialist combined physio/pilates appointments ideal for those clients who have underlying issues wanting to use pilates for rehab or get back to doing regular pilates classes safely & effectively.
